<p>Préchauffez votre four à 220°C</p>

Épluchez les pommes de terre et les carottes et les coupez en petits dés. <br />Mettre tous les ingrédients dans une sauteuse et faire revenir à feu vif 2/3 minutes SANS matière grasse en mélangeant régulièrement. Salez, poivrez.<br />Rajoutez un fond d&rsquo;eau, couvrez et faire cuire à feu moyen environ 20/30 minutes (croquant à cuit, selon votre goût). <p>Mettre les fraises (entières et équeutées) et le sucre en poudre dans le Thermomix.<br /> Mélanger 5 sec/vitesse 5.<br /> Racler ensuite les parois du bol avec la spatule.<br /> Installer le fouet. Ajouter le blanc d&rsquo;oeuf et mélanger 5 min/vitesse 4.<br /> Mettre la crème dans des verrines.</p>
<p>Servir froid en rajoutant au dernier moment quelques morceaux de fraises dessus &#8230;</p>

<li>3 oeufs</li>
<li>persil</li>
<li>1 carotte</li>
<li>1 petit suisse</li>
<li>Sel/poivre</li>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner">Tailler la carotte en dés et les pocher dans l’eau 5 min.
Mixer la chair de poisson et le persil.
Dans un saladier, mélanger le poisson, les jaunes d’œufs, le petit suisse, le persil et les dés de carottes.
Assaisonner et mélanger.
Monter les blancs d’œufs en neige et les incorporer délicatement à la préparation.
Mettre dans un moule à cake anti-adhésif.
Cuire au bain marie pendant 1 heure (th6 180°)</div>
